Adults Undergoing Life Changes

Whether you are 20, 40, 60 or older, we all experience life changes. This can include school or job changes, relationship changes, health or aging changes, moving, grief and loss, identity or role shifts, and more. When we experience these life transitions there can be a strong fear of the unknown, loss of control, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt and more. My goal is to provide a safe space to further process feelings, practice regulating emotions in the body, identify personal values and goals, and increase self-confidence to move through this next stage of life.
