Attorneys hear and hold stressful and traumatic experiences of others in their daily work. They give their all to best support their own client’s needs. This can take a toll on both their personal and professional lives. Attorneys may experience symptoms of burnout, having limited capacity, difficulty sleeping, disruptions in their relationships, and more. Together we work to identify a deeper understanding of triggers of stress, practice healthier regulation strategies, and reframe negative thought patterns.
